The choice of steel and alloy varies based on customer requirements. The grids undergo manufacturing processes using punching and laser-cutting machines before being assembled into resistor blocks. Steel grid resistors are suitable for high-voltage and low-voltage applications. While requirements may differ, minor customization allows standard Danotherm steel grid resistors to be applied in most situations.<\/p>\n<p> Danotherm steel grid resistors are characterized by their compactness, reliability, and robustness, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.<\/p>\n<p> The working voltages for CGC-LV and LAGC-LV series resistors are 1000 VAC \/ 1400 VDC, with power ratings ranging from 3 to 120 kW.<\/p>\n<p> For grid systems with voltages between 6 and 36 kV, neutral earthing resistors are available, with a standard protection rating of IP23. IP55 rated resistors can also be provided upon request.<\/p>\n<p> Filter resistors are designed for grid systems with voltages ranging from 12 to 72.5 kV, with standard protection ratings ranging from IP00 to IP23.<\/p>\n<p> Danotherm steel grid resistors employ convection cooling.
