The IXD0579M is a 100 V, high-speed gate driver that supports both high-side and low-side configurations, enabling the control of two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge setup. The IXD0579M logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels down to 3.3 V to interface easily with controlling devices. The driver outputs allow 1.5 A source & 2.5 A sink current capability, protected from cross-conduction.
